Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MashClap, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the policy carefully before placing the order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation Before Shipment

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.
• If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed as store credit ( Clapcoins) of the same value.
• Clapcoins will be credited to your Mashclap wallet within 24-48 business hours after cancellation approval.
• Clapcoins can be used for future purchases on Mashclap

Cancellation after Shipment

• If an order has already been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• If delivery is attempted, please do not accept the package.
• A return shipping charge of 150/- will be deducted.
• Refunds will be issued as Clapcoins only after the product is returned to our warehouse and verified.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if :

• The product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered.
• The return request is raised within 2 business days of delivery.

Non Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if :

• The request is made after 2 business days.
• The product is used, altered or damaged due to customer handling.
• Original packaging, labels, invoice, freebies or accessories are missing.
• Proper unboxing video proof is not provided.
• The product received by the customer was not in his/her order.

Return Process

1. Contact customer support at care@mashclap.com or call us (10 AM to 5 PM, Mon-Fri)
2. Share :

• Order ID
• Images of the Product
• Invoice Copy
• Complete unboxing video showing the issue clearly

3. After verification, return pickup will be arranged within 2-4 business days.
4. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only as Clapcoins ( Store credit) to the customer wallet.
• Clapcoins will be credited within 24-48 business hours after product verification.
• It may take 3-5 additional business days for the balance to reflect.
• ClapCoins are non transferrable and usable only on Mashclap.

Shipping Charges

• Return Shipping Charges will be borne by the customer
• Any applicable charges will be deducted before issuing ClapCoins.

Discount & Coupons

• If discounted order is cancelled or returned, used coupons or vouchers will not be reissued.
• During sales events or promotional campaigns, return and refund terms will be same as mentioned above.
